Although I love working in a high technology industry (SaaS/PaaS software development) I've really made a career out of leading teams to success.
Comparing my first career in the British Army to my current career in technology it might seem that I made a big pivot at some stage and changed direction. Actually this isn't true -- Since I left school I've been focused on objectives, deciding which model, process or technique would best help my team and I get to that objective, and then using teamwork, leadership and discipline to get there.
