Working with the Bid and Transition teams providing HR leadership for bids/ contract terminations. HR and specialised TUPE input preparing and contributing to bid material, conducting TUPE consultation (with staff & TU鈥檚) & project/resource planning. Design own and implement the HR measures for in-scope staff inc 3rd party arrangements.
