My love affair with the internet started in 1996 when I built HTML webpages in notepad as an intern at the Australian Stock Exchange. I studied to be a filmmaker but got my first job as a web producer for RealNetworks, selling apps, content & ad space. I then switched to the buy side & learnt the art of creating online ROI as a DFA trafficker and media planner/buyer at Carat Sydney.
In 2004 I took a gap year to study mandarin at Shanghai Jiaotong University.
