Since starting my career, I have built, refocused, turned around and span off Technology capabilities to enable and to drive achievement of business objectives.
I worked for top tier consulting firms, corporates and PE backed businesses; served on two Executive Committees and run technology function as a P&L. I also have first-hand experience in building operations of a start-up, insourcing core product capabilities, negotiating strategic partnerships and raising Series A funding.
I now help technologists and boards with alignment and prioritsation, strategic planning, investment evaluation and hands on restructuring and reshaping of IT functions.
