About
My primary research involves privacy issues and big data, and in particular the development of practical approaches for releasing large, useful data sets while protecting personal privacy. In addition to my full-time job, I also will be teaching Digital Forensics at George Mason University and Big Data Analytics at Georgetown University. I was previously a Computer Scientist at the National Institute of Standards and Technology, and before that a tenured professor at the Naval Postgraduate School.
