Michael is a former lawyer and business executive who joined Arowana as an Investment Director in 2011.
At Arowana, Michael is responsible for fund and investment structuring, sourcing and screening of investment opportunities, investment buy and sell side execution, and capital raising. Michael has built significant expertise in fund and investment structuring and while at Arowana has been responsible for the structuring of three separate investment funds.
Most recently, Michael led the formation and structuring of the Arowana Australasian Special Situations Fund (AASSF).
