I offer two areas of expertise that are very relevant to Real Estate development: Project Development & Management and Architectural Design. Under Proj. Dev't & Mgmt. I am responsible for managing aall aspects of developing multiple real estate projects to achieve project financial metrics while managing the brand. Under Architectural Design, i have desin and design mgmt experience in high rise residential buildings, subdivision planning and masterplanning of mixed use developments.
