I'm an experienced technology leader, with significant experience in mobile and e-commerce, gained while leading software development, testing and delivery groups.
I have setup and led groups of between 10 and 60 permanent and outsourced staff, with budgets of up to €2M per year, including all group design, recruitment, strategic drive and performance management.
My detailed hands on experience with agile methodologies and cross team agile coaching includes leading the change to, and rollout of, the testing, quality assurance and continuous integration activities of a 60 person software quality group that transitioned from waterfall methodologies.
