I am a MFL Teacher and graduated with a PGCE (Secondary) in German with French, from the Institute of Education, University of London. I am also a graduate of Queen Mary, University of London, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts, First Class Honours, in German and Drama (WR42). I was born in Germany and lived there for the first 8 years of my life, but did not begin learning the language until I was in secondary education here in the UK. I have always had, however, a close connection with Germany and feel as much a product of Germany as of the UK.
