I work with 1,700 multi-type libraries in Massachusetts. On a daily basis I consult with our members on technology issues facing their libraries. I help our members with questions ranging from setting up online resources to making sense of the e-book / e-reader revolution. I coordinate and develop technology workshops as well as offer workshops on everything from web apps, social networking, and gaming. My favorites to teach are Jing, Twitter, and e-books / e-readers.
