Scott is a passionate education coach, lead technology teacher, STEM, and teacher. He supports classroom teachers coaching them in effective pedagogical practices while integrating technology and STEM initiatives in all buildings in Brecksville-Broadview Heights Schools two-thirds of the day while teaching one-third of the day. Establishing strong pedagogical practices is his focus so that teachers may deeply engage students in learning using technology as a tool. Meeting individually with teachers, he gives ongoing personalized professional development via coaching and guiding that includes:
