  Conclusion
1.Transition to light-emitting diode illumination, considerably (up to 3 times) reduces
expenses of state institutions, specifically universities, in power supply.

2. Solar PVC use is reasonable only at the use of LED-fixtures with low power inputs.

3. Application of LED-fixtures in a complex with solar PVC allows to reduce operational
expenses up to 4 times, to increase reliability of power supply both in the megalopolis
universities, and in establishments of the remote power-decentralized areas in the
midland of Russia, in the long term to lower the issue of greenhouse gases due
to decrease in the use of organic fuels.

Solar PVC use is reasonable only at the use of LED-fixtures with low power inputs. 3. Application of LED-fixtures in a complex with solar PVC allows to reduce operational expenses up to 4 times, to increase reliability of power supply both in the megalopolis universities, and in establishments of the remote power-decentralized areas in the midland of Russia, in the long term to lower the issue of greenhouse gases due to decrease in the use of organic fuels.
