     guessed.

2.   Keep your password safe, don’t tell
     others and change it if you think it has
     been compromised.

3.   Only use approved licensed software on
     your computer.

4.   Only connect authorised devices to
     your PC or network.

5.   Always ensure that information is sent
     to the correct destination (printer or
     person).

6.   Make sure your equipment is safe from
     theft.

7.   Treat email attachments with caution
     and never forward a chain email.

8.   Don’t give out personal information to
     any person or website you are unsure
     about.

9.   Be aware of who is looking over your
     shoulder
