C ON C L U S I ON S These are the problematic factors that occur between the couples themselves that make it difficult to Prevent rising number of divorces in Malaysia DIVORCE OF MUSLIM COUPLES IN 45 MINUTES D IS C U S S I O N MALAYSIA MBARAK Muslims have a high divorce rate in Malaysia and it is due to not being able to fulfill the marriage criteria which is based on obeying the law of Allah (‘God’ in Arabic). C ON C L U S I ON S Allah has stated the objectives of marriage in Islam and so if couples get divorced and if it is difficult to prevent the rise of divorces in Malaysia, it is simply because the will of Allah is not being fulfilled in the marriage 25 MINUTES D IS C U S S I O N STATISTIC OF DIVORCE IN MALAYSIA DULCIE Statistic showed that 0.22% of marriage ended in divorce in 2011, almost double up the 0.13% recorded In 2000 C ON C L U S I ON S Reason that caused divorces to happen is cannot be resolved yet caused the rising number of divorces in Malaysia unpreventable
