The issue:
• Organisations need to acquire and demonstrate their BIM capability to pre-
qualify, successfully tender and deliver projects
The challenge:
• Develop people, process and use of technology as required by PAS 1192-2
• Obtain recognition from a BIM certification scheme as required by PAS 91
The problem:
