TEN [10]
                            at The Vi olet Hour


  TEN is a monthly dining event championing a selection of ten special and
   seasonal ingredients. Spread over five courses, and including a bespoke
 'cocktail flight' designed by The Violet Hour, each TEN event will be a totally
                         unique experience by ticket only.




                           The Launch - March 2013


                            Oyster . Blood Orange
                 oyster, blood orange jelly, vodka granita


                           Cauliflower . Blue Cheese
            cauliflower custard, cider soup, Burt's blue cheese


                                 Salmon . Salsify
               40属c salmon, infused salsify, aioli, potato juice


                               Venison . Celariac
                  loin of venison, celariac puree, sage oil


                            Pineapple . Chocolate
        pineapple upside down cake, milk chocolate ganache

                        Doors at 7pm, seating at 8pm
