Headquarters International Security Assistance Force Kabul, Afghanistan 13 April 2010 Subject: Reference letter for Mr. Michel Dupuis To Whom It May Concern: Mr. Michel Dupuis has been the Chief Staff Administration Assistant working with the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) in Kabul, Afghanistan for the past six (6) months under my command. His responsibilities have included all administrative actions for my 120-person team, maintaining order and organization within the organization, and keeping me up to date and on-schedule. Everyday brought new challenges to the organization, and Michel was there to ensure every challenge was addressed and accomplished! Michel has performed professionally and competently in every task I have assigned to him. His expert administrative skills and knowledge have truly been assets to my organization. In the high ops tempo environment of the BSG Engineers, many folks stumble and fall; however, Michel has performed marvellously in all of his job responsibilities and beyond.
