Increasing Awareness of Colombian happiness and invite them to reflect on
the question ' What makes me happy? ' Is the goal of the International
Happiness Day to be held on Thursday 20 March.
The date is not an invention of a self-improvement guru . It was proclaimed by
the UN General Assembly , through resolution 66/ 281 of 12 July 2012 . And
this is the second year that the celebration promoted in Colombia .
In this bet, several young people who are involved , grouped.

communities and organizations during the week to paint a happy face on his

videos that make us happy.
Juan Martín Cardona is one of the promoters of Happiness Day in Colombia
and explains that one of the reasons for adopting the date the country is "
asking each what makes me happy? and review how it can add to the service

Stresses that happiness "is not just a personal flag , but social , economic and
of country . The idea is that the private sector will generate tools to be happier

Daily Tasks
Esperanza Ramirez and Ana Milena Porras , who are 'coaches' ,as Personal
Coaching and awareness , respectively , give guidelines for applying every
day:
1. Happiness is a daily obligation . Do not give much importance to the past or
negative events dramatize all events where I disagree .
2 . Recognize that life is a a gift. Not perform the role of the victim of
something or someone , this decreases the power to be happy.
3 . Know well yourself because it brings him closer to his own happiness. We
must grow and educate more for personal development .
4 . We must forgive and ask for forgiveness , love and value itself . It should
also be far from people, situations or things that will not let you move and
take away peace. The intention is to close cycles that makes you suffer.
5 . Understand that every mistake is an achievement for all that you learned .
Check the beliefs that not let you move .
6 . Check how you are feeding your mind , your emotions , what you are
thinking , saying and doing often . Have mental clarity , serenity : recognize
what you want for your life, who you are and who you want to be.
7. Have fun in what you most enjoy , try to express themselves creatively and
be free of what people say .
8. Surround yourself with friends that share the idea of being happy. Generate
own sacred circles where the intention is to enjoy life.
9. Enter your habits or life tools like meditation , contact with nature ( walking
barefoot on the ground , lift your arms and palms facing the sun . Taking the
power of nature at all times will give vitality to life) .
10. Be consistent between what they think, feel , say and do with the clear
intention of what you want to attract in your life : harmony and joy of living.
11. Recognize what the dream of your life . Find what makes you happy .
Release any limiting belief that you have and recognize their own essence of
happiness.
12. Thank all you have and all difficult and painful situations , because they
are giving us opportunities to learn life .
