This document summarizes a data visualization workshop presented by Interactive Things and NZZ Data. It provides an agenda for the workshop which includes sessions on outlining concepts, creating visualizations, and addressing difficulties with visualizations. Examples are given of turning news stories into follow-up stories with data displays and interactive elements. Challenges with visualizing refugee flows and radiation dosage are also discussed.
