First of all , we all have seen many
contributors in our life who has contributed a
lot to this society.
Some of them are remembered while we
forget some of them. But in my life I have
seen a real contributor who has contributed a
lot to needy ones.
6. Mr. Dharmendra Vasavada is a manager in
a NGO named MAA FOUNDATION . He has
contributed a lot to needy students.
Initially, this foundation was organized in a
small village named Vada (near
Sawarkundla district).
It helps many needy students by offering
scholarship for education and employment
purpose.
7. There are many other activites carried
out by this institution are :-
Like organizing science fair and maths fair
in primary schools.
It helps the students of 9 and 10 to
decide their area of interest and their
suitable designation.
It also trains slow learners and increases
their mental ability in villages.
It helps the graduates for getting
employment.

In proposal each and every minute detail which they
may counter question is presented before hand for their
reference with the need of the project or decision. This is
enough to convince. It is also necessary to understand
their point of view before any negotiation.
His talk with JUNIORS
Before delegating the task he usually make them clear
about his expectations, so less chances of any gap. But
whenever it happens, he go to the root of
underperformance and try to train them.
14. HIS CONTRIBUTION
TOWARDS THE
ORGANISATION.
As a Manager, his responsibility is to
develop a system and a team which
works in different projects of Maa. To
assist and guide each member so that
the final organizational objective i.e. to
bridge the gap between rural and urban
education is achieved in an effective
way.
15. Overcome fear of failure..
Under their project Life Skill Development Programme
they try to cultivate I Can, I Will attitude among
the graduating students.
With each new assignment to the employee they
encourage to build confidence in themselves to
overcome the fear of failure.
As a short term goal, they as a team try to
achieve yearly goal which was set with mutual
discussion. And as a long term goal he always
assure to build a long lasting system based on
feasibility analysis.
16. Message for youth.
Todays youth needed to be focused and must not
get influenced by the environment. Each student
should study not to pass but to learn and develop
competencies to match the market requirement.
Hard Skills (i.e. technical knowledge) and Soft
Skills (Personal attributes to work harmoniously
with others e.g. Problem Solving Skill) both are
important for engineering students.
