Challenges faced…
ï‚— Every employ has to face a challenging task from
his/her superiors..but the difference in the way
you take the challenge i.e, as a opportunity to
learn something new or as a hurdle in your daily
routine .
ï‚— According to her challenges have to two solutions
permanent and temporary. Whenever she or her
organization faced a challenge she first find a
temporary solution so that the client or co-worker
can procced further and then a permanent solution
so that it is not faced again.
JOB ROLE AND SATISFACTION..
ï‚— According to her job satisfaction is both
internally and externally.
ï‚— She has done job as a software developer and
now is working as a teacher and head of IT
development in silver bells public school.

CHALLENGES FACED FROM
SENIORS AND JUNIORS
ï‚— Whenever her and her seniors/juniors thoughts
are opposite to a situation.
ï‚— She always have the word with them and
discuss the topic according both’s point of view
and comes to a decision which is beneficial to
the organization.
CONTRIBUTION TO THE ORGANISATION
AND TO THE SOCIETY…
ï‚— During her studies is created a website named
www.pankhida.com ,it showed the live performance
of garba to the financially challenged families
near her society.
ï‚— In 4th year of B.E under the guidance of college
director P.K Chande she created a website which
is interface between college student and
government and private sector.
ï‚— For the students who are good programmer but
are financially challenged and wants to continue
the study while working.
FEAR OF FAILURE
ï‚— In the year 2008 when there were less job
opportunities for IT and she had a open campus
interview, but eventually she made it in Satyam
company.
ï‚— Second fear when her company CEO was
accused , then she applied for another job and
was posted in Chennai for one year.
SHORT TERM AND LONG TERM
VISIONS
ï‚— As a short term vision is wants continue as a
teacher.
ï‚— And as a long term vision wants a pure technical
job where is work as a software developer and can
also continue her hobby of teaching as a trainer in
the same company.
Moment to feel proud
ï‚— As a software developer and head IT development
she was given the opportunity to launch the
mobile application that she had developed by her
superior on the day of launching.
ï‚— As a teacher when I called her up for an interview
for my project and the response from her students
from last 2 years.
A message to future Engineers
ï‚— Always be honest and dedicated to your job
responsibility .If you are capable and can do, then try
to help the maximum people. always try to get
practical knowledge. Always continue the research
work in your interested field along with your studies so
you can provide innovative modules to the society.
Lastly the most important thing whenever you are on
the path of your success and glory never forget your
parents and the person who always wished to see at the
peak of you dream….
