Testing the performance of Cookstoves has now been gaining momentum with the rise in cookstoves demand and supply chain globally. Thousands of stoves are being deployed but without or precise concern on their performance in different aspects of the stoves. With this concern RTKC in Nepal roofed under CRT/N in collaboration with Alternative Energy Promotion Centre (AEPC), Renewable Energy Testing Station (RETS), Centre for Energy and Environment Nepal (CEE-N), Centre for Energy Studies (CES) IOE, and Kathmandu University (KU) would like to initiate this discussion through one day meeting entitled "National Workshop on Standards and Testing of Cookstoves in Nepal" held on 25 July 2013 at Hotel Himalaya
This presentation was the tone setting presentation of the day
