Meelis Tammre and Anna Zllberberg won a 254-meter couples carrying race in Finland in the fastest time of 1 minute and 4 seconds. Thirty-six couples from eight countries participated in the event where a man has to carry his wife or partner over obstacles like timber hurdles and a chest-high water pool. Up to 6,000 people watched the couples brave the rough course and bad weather in a forest clearing near the Arctic Circle.
