Challenge: We have a good handle on the next 2- 3 years, but want to see around the corner so that we are prepared for whatever may come. Challenge: We are having a strategy off-site and want to make sure that we get the best thinking of the group AND actionable items out of the session
We believe that It does not matter what you meant, it only matters what you implement Strategy development Implementation with a concentration on rapid testing and execution Executive Alignment/Change Management in particular its associated processes and infrastructure Challenge: We have a lack of processes with unstated roles & responsibilities and unclear decision making Challenge: We do not want to be engaged in a drawn out project before we see real results Challenge: We are embarking on a important project and are unsure we have the proper project and risk management tools in place
