Kiva's Peer Review Program offers volunteers the opportunity to use their professional translation skills to alleviate poverty. Volunteers will work with a small group of translators to review their translations and provide feedback to help build their skills. The program is designed for professional translators with flexible schedules who can commit 5-6 hours per month for six months. Volunteers are needed who are fluent in French, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, or other languages and have experience translating professionally.

What is the Kiva Peer Review Program?

The Kiva Peer Review Program offers the opportunity to use your professional translation skills to
alleviate poverty, contribute to the Kiva Translation Program with a flexible timeframe, and mentor Kiva
Translators.
Volunteering from your own home, you will work with a small group of Kiva volunteer translators to help
them build their translation skills and quality level. You will have access to posted translations and will be
given a framework for providing feedback to them at your convenience. This program is designed for
professional translators with variable schedules, so that you can participate during your down time.
