Gesu School Our Proud Heritage OCSAA Accredited School Accredited by Ohio Catholic School Accrediting Association Recognized by Ohio and National Catholic Education Associations Curriculum developed by Toledo Diocese based on national stds Instruction in Roman Catholic religion for all students Faculty 100% faculty licensed in State of Ohio Over 60% of our faculty have more than 10 yrs. teaching experience Majority of staff are Gesu parish members who have/are sending their children to Gesu school Full-time Art, Physical Education, Music, and Technology Teachers Licensed extended day program after school until 6pm

Activities 94% middle school students attend Catholic High School Offer Advanced Math Curriculum Clubs: Quiz Bowl Champs 05-10 Power of the Pen MathCounts Lego Required Science Fair (8), Spanish (7,8), Study Skills (6) GSPN Daily News Crew; GTST Tech Crew Ambassador Program (8) leadership and service Gesu School Our Proud Heritage
- 4. Gesu School Your Participation will make us Stronger! Service Hours.. Any time donated to the school or the parish Requirements 20 hours per school year for both parishioners and non-parishioners Hours must be turned in by MAY 1st to receive credit for the following fall Cant Volunteer?: Pay $10/hr. for each hour under 20/year Tracking Sheets: 2 types School sign-in - field trips, classroom work, lunch room Individual Family Log - Completing classroom projects at home, coaching a sport, organizing event Volunteer Opportunities PTO events, field trips, lunchroom/classroom helpers, coaching, church choir, funeral lunches, used book/uniform sale, spring/fall clean-up, and many, many more!
- 5. Gesu School Your Participation will make us Stronger! Financial Contributions
- 6. Financial Contributions - continued Our Request 100% Gesu families actively participate in the parish Regular mass attendance Financial contributions to support our spiritual/educational missions No $$ requirement, but desired contribution levels range between $20-50/week 50% of Gesu families contribute regularly to the churchs offertory This is not a passing grade in our classrooms, and not a passing grade for our classrooms..please help us improve! Sign up for electronic monthly contributions, Direct Giving, by September 30 and receive credit for 5 service hours! Gesu School Your Participation will make us Stronger!

Quarterly Status Reports Each quarter, all Gesu parents will be sent a summary of their service hours and financial contributions All families will know where they stand (service hours and financial contributions), notation if they are below requirements, as well as upcoming events they can participate in Gesu School Your Participation will make us Stronger! Service Hours + Financial Support = Active Parishioner for Tuition Purposes
