In June 2011, HRM employees will be brought off site to design the future of the business and challenge how to grow customer value. As the primary customer interface, employees will describe key processes, tools, and systems to achieve business goals. HRM seeks to develop its Technology Selection group by appointing two experienced recruiters with interests in IT, CRM, coaching, and mentoring others. The company understands change is constant in technology and aims to make HRM a selection leader with international offices through outstanding new service concepts over the next four years.
