 Encourage them to execute projects at that
  time and invite the media to attend
 Send letters to the editor about local projects
  during ad campaign
 Keep records of inquiries and/or web interest
  (use Google Analytics)
FIRST IN, FIRST APPROVED

 Must meet all criteria
 No late applications
 Incomplete applications will not receive
  priority status
 Approved in order of receipt until funds
  depleted.
 All Priority Grant approvals by
  mid-April 2013
