32. Geen aankondigings mag deur uitstallers self gedoen word nie
33. Jolliejik Fees verskaf sekuriteit maar sal geen verantwoordelikheid aanvaar vir enige verliese of skade nie en sal die
uitstalruimte insluitende alle items, produkte ens ten alle tye die uitstaller se verantwoordelikheid bly
34. Geen uitstaller word toegelaat om pamflette op die fees terrein uit te deel behalwe binne u uitstalruimte nie
35. Uitstallers is verantwoordelik vir hul eie reis- en verblyfreelings
36. Geen wangedrag, geweld, bakleiery en swak taal sal geduld word nie en is dit die Organiseerders se reg om enige
uitstaller te verwyder van die Feesterrein sou die uitstaller hom/haar skuldig maak aan enige vorm van wangedrag
37. Die uitstaller sal versoek word om die terrein te verlaat as dit onder die aandag van die Organiseerders kom dat enige
produkte verkoop word deur die uitstaller wat nie op die aansoekvorm gemeld is nie
38. Die aansoeker/uitstaller betree die Jollie Jik Fees op eie risiko en onderworpe aan die Terme en Voorwaardes
uiteengesit deur die Organiseerders. Die Organiseerders, borge, bestuur, werkers en enige ander persoon betrokke
by die fees aanvaar gee aanspreeklikheid vir enige verliese of skade, dood of beserings van enige aard nie.
