accepting this entry, I, the undersigned
intending to be legally bound, hereby, for
myself, my heirs, executors and administrators do
hereby release and forever discharge the Town of
Fort Gibson, its agents and employees from any
and all injuries suffered by me in this event. I
further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the
Town of Fort Gibson and its agents and employees
from any and all claims for personal injury or
property damage caused by my negligence.
Further, I hereby grant full permission to the
Town of Fort Gibson, or agents authorized by
them, to use any photographs, videos, recordings
or any other record of this event for any
legitimate purpose. By signing, I understand
rules associated with vending, no BBQ or drinks
can be sold on site Saturday, and agree to abide
by these rules.

add your own meat. Cash prizes totaling $1,000.00, additional award given from public voting. Turn in at 1:00 p.m. at
Fort Gibson Chamber Office for Celebrity judging. Public cast voting ballots at booth. Taster kits sold from 11 a.m. to 2
p.m. THIS IS HOW WE RAISE FUNDS FOR OUR TOWN, please help us.
