- 1. Waiver of Liability: I agree to abide by the rules, regulations and laws established by the Town of Fort Gibson. As consideration for accepting this entry, I, the undersigned intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators do hereby release and forever discharge the Town of Fort Gibson, its agents and employees from any and all injuries suffered by me in this event. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Town of Fort Gibson and its agents and employees from any and all claims for personal injury or property damage caused by my negligence. Further, I hereby grant full permission to the Town of Fort Gibson, or agents authorized by them, to use any photographs, videos, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
