Carole Garrigos is seeking a creative and challenging position in hospitality. She has over 25 years of experience in restaurants, food, and catering. Most recently, she worked as a manager and private dining sales coordinator for Mill Valley Kitchen from 2011-2014, where she oversaw operations and events for 20-40 staff daily. She also has experience developing specialty food products as the founder of Posh Foods LLC from 2009-2012 and as the founder and developer of her own catering company, Carmen's Kitchen, since 2000.
