This document provides five ways for a UPS driver to win back volume from an existing customer whose shipping volume is declining: 1) Visit the customer's business to introduce yourself and let them know you appreciate their business; 2) Leave a card with discounts and solutions for them to visit ups.com; 3) Submit a sales lead if they agree to return or increase volume; 4) Let your supervisor know if they have a special request; 5) Remind them they can call or order online if they have any questions.

Stop by their business location today, introduce yourself,
and let them know you appreciate them being a customer.
