Character Character makes trust possible.
A leader builds trust by consistently exemplifying
competence, connection and character. Say what you
mean, mean what you say; Do what you say, daily.
Potential Weak character is limiting. Who do you think has the
greater potential to achieve great dreams: Someone
who is honest, disciplined, and hardworking or
someone who is deceitful, impulsive, and lazy.
Respect When you don’t have respect, you can’t earn respect.

Consistency Leaders without inner strength can’t be counted on day
after day because their ability to perform changes
consistently.
Confidence Confidence is a sign of ability and experience.
Connect Neither IQ nor education necessarily equates to
leadership.

or her people and expect to keep
influencing them.
