2017 Middle School Fall Football Calendar Our Splitter Creed We commit ourselves to reaching our full potential, knowing that our FAMILY can only progress with the presence of LOVE and RESPECT for each other. We know that every action must be with the TEAM in mind, and our commitment to each other will be our strength in difficult times. We play this game for FUN, and there will be an absence of special privileges for any individual. We are committed to GROWING mentally, physically and emotionally; and we recognize that we are students first, and athletes second. We seek to improve every day, and to develop consistency through the relentless execution of FUNDAMENTALS. We will always COMPETE with the best to become the best, and we will always play with PASSION. We realize that this can only be accomplished by an extraordinary FOCUS, one step at a time. We will personify CLASS and HUMILITY on and off of the field. We will RESPECT the proud community that we represent, and will earn the respect of our community through showing EFFORT and CHARACTER in everything we do. We know that it is our RESPONSIBILITY to serve as positive role models to all of our classmates, teachers, and fans. We know that any success must be EARNED. We accept the responsibility placed in our hands to build the PROUD TRADITION of Lincoln Athletics.
2017 Middle School Fall Football Calendar Athletic Registration Splitter Football 2017 In order to start practice on August 29h , you must have and turn in three items. A Completed Physical, by a Doctor, dated after 4/15/2017 Lincoln Athletics Physical Night Dr. Corey Dean Monday, July 31st Lincoln High School East Gym 6 8 p.m. Cost $25 RAHS Health Clinic Lincoln High School Athletic Office Physicals by Appointment Only (734) 714-9600 FREE! Completed MHSAA Medical History & Parental Consent Forms These forms can be found in the athletic office, or on our website at http://splitternation.org/Parent+Corner . Incomplete forms will not be accepted. Athletic Participation Fees - $100 Fees must be paid to the athletic office with all forms completed before beginning official practice on August 29th . Students who qualify for free or reduced lunch only pay $50 for their fees. All three items can be turned in to the athletic office during regular business hours. You must have the physical and MHSAA forms completed in order to start practice. Participation fees are due before playing in any games! Spirit Pack Cost $50 Were working to keep football program costs downin 2017 well ask each player to buy a spirit pack. Each spirit pack will include a practice jersey, team t-shirt,and a pair of team shorts. Spirit Packs will be delivered during the first week of practice the last week of August. 1 2 3 Frequently Asked What Equipment Does the School Provide? The school provides ALL necessary football equipment EXCEPT SHOES! Football cleats should be all or mostly black, with replaceable style cleats. Do not spend money on excessive wrist bands & straps Most are illegal. We suggest you dont buy a visor, most block vision but any visor MUST be clear.
