the program, reigniting a thirst for
learning while absorbing, sharing
and reflecting upon a broad spec-
trum of critical 21st century leader-
ship development principles.
Christine Atkins has the perspective that comes from 15 years as a
CIO, capping a 40-year career in technology management. She has served
as CIO with four corporations ranging from small to large to global and found
the fundamentals of success to be largely the same across the various in-
dustries. She has advised Google, Oracle and HP. Chris retired from Royal
Ahold in 2013 and is a principal at Atkins & Cameron LLC, specializing in IT
strategy. She serves on the boards for Forsythe Technology and the SIM
Chicago Chapter and is a 1995 Northeast RLF graduate.
Scot Berkey has held multiple CIO positions and leadership roles in
organizations ranging from Fortune 500 multi-nationals to smaller high-
growth corporations in both the buy and sell sides of the technology sector.
Scot has extensive experience in for-profit education and in turnaround lead-
ership situations in a variety of business segments, and his professional
experience includes executive roles in global operations and application
development, client services and contract negotiation, and applied business
technology. Scot received his B.S. in Computer Science from Northwestern
University and his MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University
