Special Operations General Changes and Additions This is a new section in the EMS protocols, and includes an algorithm and patient care PEARLS to be applied at the scene of a fire suppression operation or when heat stress index (ambient air temperature + relative humidity = feel like temperature) reaches unsafe levels. This section currently has 1 protocol.
