Brian is an open source project that builds on concepts from Maavis to provide digital services for elders and those with early dementia using accessible touchscreen technology. It takes advantage of advances in standards and technology to offer activities like reminiscence, communication, and health monitoring in a simple, uncluttered interface. Always in Mind will offer Brian as a commercial subscription service with support to make the framework easier for non-technical users to install and configure, with a beta launch planned in a few months.
