 Consider your medium carefully.

 Dont hide information.
 Be open about mistakes in communication. Apologise
when needed.

Emails
 Clear subject line.
 Selective use of urgent.
 1 big email? Lots of little emails?
 Big emails:
 Use headings.
 Highlight key points.
 Make it easy:
 No reading between the lines.
 Be explicit about what reply is needed and when.
 Include links.

 Note deadlines you set.
 Follow up only with those who didnt meet deadline.
