The unique part of Impromptu is that it allows the attendees to poll, which is a very much need feedback loop for the organisers. For example, I want to organise a movie night at my place this Saturday, I want to know if my attendees will be free at 9pm. I also want to know if there is a strong objection to my choice of movie, what sort of movie should we watch instead. With the feedback, the organiser can alter the event to cater to the attendees. (I am still in process of thinking of how to deviate from Facebook event function)
#5: Have you ever try to organise a last minute event for a group of friends, such as supper, movie, or just a hangout? It is one of the most tedious tasks, even for a small group. Firstly, I have to notify my friends about the activity I wanted to organise (I have to text some individuals who turn off their notification for group chat). Secondly, I have to pick an activity that my friends willing to do (Different friends have different like and dislike for certain activities). Thirdly, I have to try to coordinate the date, time and location. Next, sort out certain details, such as what to bring, where to meet, etc. I would probably give up organising before I reach this step.

#8: Despite being the most heavily used social media site, Facebook certainly isnt cool anymore, but it has transformed into a useful Internet service like Google.
Others SNS are catching up. And Facebook focus was never for the users to organize events
