The kindergarten teacher's daily schedule included morning work, teaching standards in different subjects like math and language arts, helping students who were having difficulties, celebrating birthdays, lunchtime, recess, and saying goodbye at the end of the day. Throughout the day the teacher addressed different standards, gave students individual help when needed, incorporated songs and sign language into lessons, and found times for physical activity to burn off energy.
