Volunteers can gain experience applying their analytical skills to problems in areas like process improvement, risk analysis, and strategic planning. Previous projects have helped charities increase efficiency and take a highly professional approach. Both volunteers and organizations benefit - volunteers enhance their skills and networks, while organizations receive expert assistance to identify issues and solutions to better achieve their missions.
