The document discusses incremental return on investment (ROI) and discounted cash flow rate of return (DCFRR) analysis for evaluating mutually exclusive investment alternatives. It explains that the alternative with the largest investment should be selected if the incremental ROI or DCFRR is greater than or equal to the minimum acceptable rate of return (MARR), as this means the extra investment is justified. Ranking rules are provided to systematically compare alternatives using incremental analysis and select the option with the highest ROI or DCFRR.

Home Based Business Opportunities Financial SuccessCacey Taylor
?
It seems home based business opportunities are a bit more common in the US than in Europe. However the European marketplace is quickly catching on to the phenomenon of home based business and network marketing. The advantages of a home based business are evident: low cost, flexible working hours and tax benefits, to name but a few. But these advantages have pretty much been there for many years, so why the sudden growth? Why do so many people start their own home based business right now, and why would network marketing be a good thing to consider for so many others?
First of all there is worldwide economic uncertainty and many economies are either facing a recession or are in the middle of one. Turn open any newspaper and you can't miss articles on companies downsizing and laying off employees by the thousands. Network marketing offers people the chance to create a part time auxiliary income, right beside their day job. This kind of extra income has proven a great help to many families across the world. Of course many network marketers have made a full time living out of there business. Some of them have made fortunes. But this level of success, although available to anyone who is willing to do the work, will not be for most people. Most network marketers run a part time business for a small number of hours a week earning them a couple hundred bucks a month.
Then there is the phenomenon of cocooning, where the consumer tries to shield itself from all sorts of marketing messages. Do-no-call lists are in place, making it harder and harder for companies to get their messages across to the consumer. Network marketing, which is based on moving a service or product to the end consumer based on personal relationships, delivers a strong answer to these challenges. More and more traditional companies have discovered that network marketing is a very cost effective way to reach consumers.

12. Project History
2 slides
In 2004 173 El Haram St we worked an entire year with a
professional team to launch the first stage of this project
we needed to submit our Idea and project in a copy right
international institution, I traveled to London and started to
promote our website
we submitted to search engines with every feature so
everybody can reach us easily and find the website from
any feature he is looking for. I was managing my team
remotely over the internet we were working hard
sometimes they stayed in the office until 9 pm to deliver on
time what we agreed to do , they believed in our
application it was new unique simple and interactive
communication tool , we all loved what we do . 3 days later
after we submitted every feature we found our website
sponsoring so many keywords in Yahoo.
13. that was a very surprising for us and the shock was
that yahoo has copied our project and was able to
create it from scratch in less than one week to launch
what they called at that time Yahoo hot jobs free of
charge service, remembering that time still hard even
after 10 years. It was a collapse for our company.
8 years later the world discovered that Yahoo CEO
never went to school and everybody was shocked of
this information we were behind that action.
the good news here is that we only built a small part of
the Idea at that time, we only launched 10 % of the
main structure , but since 2005 I continued my research
and development to have this issue solved , The
unemployment.
14. We will protect this project
