Introducing
A happy hello to you
My name is Hayley Cardozo and I am the owner operator of Peninsula
Fitness Studio (PenFIT).
Before I became a Health and Exercise lifestyle professional I was
happy. I had a great life, good job and wonderful friends and family.
But I wanted more. I knew that I had more to give and that I was strong
minded enough to make a difference and also impact peoples lives.
When I was younger I was overweight. I was unhappy and
uncomfortable. I wished I looked like my skinny friends and I often
had colds and flues. I had body aches and pains and terrible acne. I
became out of breath easily and found I had a very sweet tooth. I was
active and played representative basketball but it was my eating that
was my downfall. I became very sick a few years later which made me
find alternative medicine through a naturopath. This helped me
understand the body and foods that heal and foods that can be toxic.
This process sparked an interest in further education within the fitness
profession. I graduated from Max Fitness Business College where I
completed my Fitness business diploma and Cert III and IV in fitness.
Further education has seen me become an Authorised Punchfit
instructor in Fitness Boxing and MMA.
