This document outlines a business plan for a supplier of building materials with RM100,000 in capital. The plan aims to generate a 30% profit within 12 months. It provides pricing for various concrete and brick products. Financial projections estimate monthly sales and calculate that the expected RM30,000 profit will differ by RM94.50 due to external factors like weather. While the total 12-month profit of RM29,905.50 is slightly under target, it represents a 29.91% return, close to the 30% goal. The business owner is advised to work with professionals to strengthen financial planning and management.
