Insurances & Workers Compensation Act
? Generally in India each and every individual should borne his own insurance policy, most
of the worker category they do not have awareness and do not go for any insurance
protection.
? Generally in GULF the Company will provide Medical and Insurance to the workers.
? Workers compensation Act is strong in Gulf.
? If any incident happens the compensation will be paid in Lump sum.
INDIA GULF
Insurance Premium should be borne by Each Individual Insurance premium will be borne by the Employer
No Paid Leave facility, one will be paid for the days he
worked.
Public holidays, Week ends all are paid in addition to this
There will be Annual Paid Leave, 2 months paid leave with
return air ticket to their home country after 2 years of
service.
No payment for leave for sickness Sick leaves will be paid, and the cost of medical will be paid.
There is no Act for Compensation if any incident happens
when you work for any private / individual owners.
Strong Act for compensation is exists, fully governed by the
local Government.

Working Conditions
? Generally a Working Day starts at 7.00AM which lasts for 9 hours per day (including Break)
according to the Labour law and it varies from Country to Country.
? If a worker works for Over Time Compensation will be more when compared to the Regular
Hours and it depends on Country.(Generally it is 1.25 ¨C 2 times)
? Each and every individual should be responsible for the items provided at work location.
? No Misconduct is accepted from an employee whether at work location or at
accommodation, if any incident happens the Punishment will be Severe sometimes it might
be imprisonment or deportation. Better to avoid any clashes.

Future Planning & Growth
? In India generally a worker works on Daily Wages for about Rs.300-400/Day and there is no
guarantee work for whole month.
? But in Gulf a worker will be taken with a minimum of one to two year contract where you
will get paid monthly at a time, Fridays holidays but it is paid.
? When a worker starts his carrier as a Assistant Electrician in Gulf is Compensation will be
around AED 800 PM with Food & Accommodation varies from company to company.
? If he proves his skills & talents he may become Charge Hand, Foreman etc.,
? In Gulf a huge opportunities for the experienced persons, there is an opportunity to the
works to shift to the other company if he gets better offer after two years or after
completion of their VISA.

Every one must undergo Medical Test for VISA stamping.
Employee receives Employment offer from
the Employer
Employee should send all the Documents to
the Employer for approval of VISA.(Signed
Offer Letter, Medical Certificate, Passport
Copy)
Employee should undergo Medical
Examination in their own country that he is
fit to work in the applied country
Employee receives Entry Permit VISA from
the Employer
Employee must under go for Emigration
Clearance Stamp on their Passport
Employee can board a flight and can
enter into the permitted country
After entering to the Permitted country
employee must Under go Medical
Examination at Government Hospital
Employee should provide Bio-Metric
details for approval of Different cards to
stay in the Permitted Country
Now the Employee gets Stampage on
their passport and all the required cards
to work & live in the country

? A training course will be provided by the Bharath Gulf International to suite how the
company needs.
? As there are difference between the working conditions in India and Gulf with the same
experience and knowledge the company may not prefer, we will be providing all knowledge
which you can answer during the interviews.
? Different courses like Electrician, Plumbing, etc., are offered with Full and Crash Courses.
? Qualification is not mandatory only skill is important.
