and services in support and execution of the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) F-15 Integrated Fleet Support

o Build relationships with suppliers and provide support with contractual, logistical, and

o Establishing supplier relationships through attending supplier hosted events as well as
meeting with suppliers in person to establish rapport for future business potential
o Meet with suppliers on monthly basis to review production on site to gage production
stages with Vendors and delivery schedule
o Maintain continual communications with suppliers in developing relationships and
achieving short term and long term goals.
 Risk Mitigation
o Identify potential risk and create mitigation plans to ensure delivery requirements are met
o As issues are identified develop options between supplier, company, and customer
o Manage risk mitigation plans and selected approach to ensure customer needs are
supported on a daily basis
 Prime Contract and Subcontracts Support
o Work with Suppliers to provide USG requested information pertaining to TINA compliant
proposals
o Provide support to suppliers in responding to RGTS and customer reporting requirements
o Identify issues with purchase orders/subcontracts and manage changes as required
o Provide support to Suppliers with detailed request of Certified Cost and Pricing Data or
other than COPD
 Identify issues with Purchase Orders/Subcontracts and establish changes for Purchase Order
Modification
 Technical Liaison for all supplier issues on an operational, contractual, and legal level to support
the program
 Promote development of new business opportunities for RGTS.
