Overview of the upper roof.
We plan on sealing all the
penetrations on this roof
including pipes and curbs
using asphalt membrane
imbedded in roof cement.
Overview of lower rear roof
area. We will seal all
penetrations here as well.
We will also repair the seam
at the rear edge since it
looks like it may be a leak
issue.

This is where the upper roof
meets the lower side roof.
We will seal this wall
flashing with roof cement
and membrane.
This is showing one of the
curbs on the main roof. We
will apply a sealant to the
roof flashing where
membrane meets the curb
as mentioned earlier.

This is the EPDM (rubber)
roof over the back area.
Both skylights on this roof
section have gaps on all four
corners. We will seal all four
corners of both the
skylights.

This is the metal drip edge
flashing at the rear of the
rubber roof section. The
metal has come loose here.
We will attach the loose
metal back to the roof edge.
This is the corner where the
loose metal meets the
parapet wall. There is a
large gap here. We will seal
this gap when we re-attach
the metal.

This is one of the skylights
on the upper side roof. We
will seal the flashings
around these skylights but
we will also seal where the
plastic part of the skylight
meets the metal curb.
