This 5k training program is open to anyone and aims to help participants walk or run their first 5k or improve their completion time. The seven-week program includes weekly 30-minute sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays mornings and afternoons that feature short presentations on nutrition and fitness as well as group walking or running. The program starts on February 14th and 16th and participants should attend at least one session per week.

What?
Program will run for seven weeks; sessions will include a short presentation on

When?

Time: 0630-0730 and 1200-1300
