del av skolv辰sendet som kommunen eller landstinget 辰r huvudman f旦r
enligt best辰mmelserna om sj辰lvf旦rvaltningsorgan i 7 kap. 1822 則則
kommunallagen (1991:900) om inte annat f旦ljer av denna lag.
16 則 I en lokal styrelse f旦r en f旦rskoleenhet eller en skolenhet med
grundskola eller grunds辰rskola ska f旦retr辰dare f旦r barnens eller elevernas
v奪rdnadshavare och f旦retr辰dare f旦r de anst辰llda ing奪 som ledam旦ter. I en
lokal styrelse f旦r en skolenhet med gymnasieskola, gymnasies辰rskola,
kommunal vuxenutbildning, s辰rskild utbildning f旦r vuxna eller utbild-
ning i svenska f旦r invandrare ska f旦retr辰dare f旦r eleverna och f旦retr辰dare
f旦r de anst辰llda ing奪 som ledam旦ter. F旦retr辰darna f旦r eleverna eller
v奪rdnadshavarna f奪r inte vara fler 辰n 旦vriga ledam旦ter.
17 則 Rektorn eller f旦rskolechefen f奪r uppdra 奪t den lokala styrelsen att
besluta i fr奪gor som rektorn eller f旦rskolechefen enligt 2 kap. 10 則 f奪r
uppdra 奪t en anst辰lld eller en uppdragstagare att besluta i. Rektorn eller
f旦rskolechefen f奪r dock inte uppdra 奪t den lokala styrelsen att besluta i
fr奪gor som r旦r enskilda barn eller elever.
