To set employee schedules using 86shifts:
1) Rename the default "Trial Schedule" to your schedule name under Category Management.
2) Select dates, categories, and shifts to add employees to on the "Set Employee Schedule Page" and remove them by clicking "remove".
3) Check boxes for shifts to copy to other days of the week, select which days to copy to, and click "Post to Calendar" to add the shifts to the calendar in yellow.
2. Setting Schedules Is Easy With 86shifts!When you first sign up you will need to set up your schedule to your desired name. It starts as ¡°Trial Schedule¡± so be sure to change that to whatever you call your schedule. Select Category Mangment to rename ¡°Trial Schedule¡± to what you like.

4. Setting Schedules Is Easy With 86shifts!Once your shift is filled, select another shift by clicking on the Select Shift scroll down box.?Continue adding employees until you are finished with the day¡¯s schedule.?Remove employees from a shift by clicking on remove in the current day¡¯s schedule.?
5. Setting Schedules Is Easy With 86shifts!?Once you have added all of your shifts (don¡¯t worry you can make changes later) check the boxes for the shifts that you would like to copy to the other days of the week.?

Setting Schedules Is Easy With 86shifts!Next select the days of the week that you would like the selected shifts to copy to.Click the Post to Calendar button and your new shifts will appear in the calendar below in yellow.?Then when you¡¯re ready hit submit and then you¡¯re all set with a brand new schedule. Remember you can hit send email/text so your employees get the schedule as well.
